The pain of arthritis cal hold you back. The Arthritis Self-Management Program helps you take control of your disease. Held over six weeks in weekly two-hour sessions, this course helps you learn how to manage pain and fatigue, handle stress, eat healthy and exercise with arthritis. When arthritis knocks you down, don’t count yourself out. Learn to fight back with the Arthritis Self-Management Program.

 

Starting on September 12th and running until October 17th, we will be holding a weekly 2 hour Arthritis Self Management Program that will run Thursday evening from 6-8pm at the Dartmouth Community Health Team Office – 85 Tacoma Drive.
