The Craig welcomes the visual artists of Prismatic Arts Festival 2014

Prismatic Artists 2014

For The month of August we are honoured to present the work of the three featured visual artists of this year’s Prismatic Arts Festival. Our walls are currently adorned with the work of British Columbian artist Paul Wong, Aboriginal artist Jayme-Lynn Gloade and myself, Lee Cripps – for which I am humbled and so very proud to be included with these phenomenal talents in this incredible festival of the arts.

The Festival kicks off Thursday, August 21st at 5:45PM with an artist talk at The Wooden Monkey featuring the three exhibiting artists plus Robyn Badger, local video artist and filmmaker. Robyn’s work can be viewed in the Gallery directly prior to the talk at 4PM. The talk will be conducted by Robin Metcalfe, curator of the Saint Mary’s Gallery.

Reception to follow at The Craig, 7-9PM with refreshments. The work will continue throughout August until Sunday, the 31st. These events are free and open to the public.

We look forward to seeing you there!
